With over 19 years of experience in construction, Jeff can make every expectation a reality. While starting at a young age and helping his father with projects around the home, including building a cabin for his family, Jeff realized he was creative with his hands. He has now created a team of professionals, each with individual ideas to make every project a great experience and a work of art. Jeff is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Maryland and serves as Vice President of NARI Mid-Maryland. |

Alexandra has over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience. She helps incorporate interior design and guides our clients through the selection process. With her knowledge and expertise she brings creative ideas to every project. |

Mark Bingaman | Project Foreman
With over 25 years of experience, Mark Bingaman started with Jones Homes in November of 2008 and was a subcontractor for them for two years before that. In addition to working on the projects he also oversees them to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mark's favorite part of his job is seeing the smile on the customer's face after completing another top of the line project. |

Fabian Chavez | Contract Assistance Team Foreman
Fabian started at the beginning of September 2009 and has 10 years of experience in the field. His responsibilities include making sure every single job is completed correctly. One of his favorite aspects of his job is working together with a team to complete any project. Fabian works with Sergio to complete any contract work required by Jones Homes. |

Sergio Chavez
With 10 years of experience, Sergio Chavez started at Jones Homes about three years ago. He is in charge of overseeing the safety and accuracy of his team's work. His experience as a plumber, carpenter, and painter provides Sergio with the knowledge he needs to complete any task at Jones Homes. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter who fill his life with their love and care. |

Daniel Pryor
With 25 years experience and 15 years of self-employment, Daniel started working for Jones Homes in December of 2011. His day-to-day duties include running and performing jobs, and he enjoys helping his customers make their homes beautiful. Daniel previously worked as an apprentice, foreman and project manager, and he was drawn to Jones Homes because of their passion for their business. In his off time, he enjoys coaching baseball and basketball and spending time with his wife and three children. |

David Pryor
Having worked in construction since 1990, David began working for Jones Homes in December of 2011. His responsibilities include working in the field and managing job sites. Inspired by Jones Homes President Jeff Jones' dedication to his business, David enjoys the opportunity to be part of the team and help reach their goals. Previously, David ran JLD Custom Carpentry. A Middletown High School graduate, David has been involved in the Middletown community since 1991 as a basketball and baseball coach. Outside of work, David can be found at a baseball field or the gym. He also enjoys hunting, spending time with his family and watching NASCAR with his son. |
